Women’s Spring

Through this training project, we want to address issues such as discrimination against women in sport and communication as a tool for transformation and give youth workers a set of tools to enable young people in their local communities to learn how to use language to bring about change and highlight actions by dissolving stereotypes and roles that perpetuate inequalities.

Objectives of the project:

  • To fight against discrimination against women in sport
  • To make visible and value the achievements of women in sport
  • To become aware of the need for gender training for youth workers
  • To exchange experiences, good practices and methodological tools concerning sport and women
  • To launch a visibility and awareness campaign on women in sport in the media
  • Create a network of partnerships to develop future projects to promote gender equality in sport.
