Paths of Inclusion in Youth Employability – 15 – 21 of October 2022 (EN)

Paths of Inclusion in Youth Employability is a Youth Workers project that is focused on youth unemployment, which has reached unprecedented rates across Europe, and young people face even tougher conditions when entering the labour market.
After defining the extend of unemployment, we came to the conclusion that it is indeed a great challenge for the EU. The project’s main objective is to foster employability of young people in European and local level, through the development of skills, knowledge and attitudes useful to enter the labor market.

Forty-five young people will take part in the activities, coming from different countries that include Greece, Turkey, North Macedonia, Romania, Iceland, Spain, The Netherlands and Italy.

Project objectives
  • As we developed the concept we setted up several objectives to be
    reached through our project:
    • Enhance participants’ competences on career guidance, counseling, orientation, and coaching with practical tools.
    • Explore and map platforms, portals, strategies and websites for European job opportunities and the ways to use them to enhance active job search of young people.
    • Develop a network of youth workers and leaders among European Union promote best practices, challenges, ideas, obstacles and policies related with youth employability in Europe.
    • Share and create efficient and innovative models for CV creation and undertaking of job interviews.
    • Empower the role of the Erasmus + and Non Formal Education as tools to boost the employability and labor market awareness of youngsters in European Union and not only.

There are a few requirements to participate:


  • Participants must be between 18 and 30 years old.
  • You must be proficient in the English language
  • You must be living in the Netherlands or be in possession of a Dutch proof of identity.
  • You must be in possession of a European Health Insurance Card (EHIC)
  • You must be willing to be filmed during the sessions and workshops of the activities
  • And to be a broad-minded person who can work together in a group
  • The form below must be completed
