The young people who will participate in the training are those who work on the ground and who want to improve their skills. Eco-tourism is an area that is often mentioned but not fully understood. The concept of eco-tourism that is thought to be important for the preservation of countries’ natural landscapes and tourism also offers job opportunities today. Within the framework of the European Union’s development policies, interest in eco-tourism has increased and encourages local populations. It is possible to make eco-tourism more interesting among young people, offering them a gateway to youth employment. All of this is in line with the notion of the role of the eco-tourism, the socio-cultural and economic development of young workers. However, the lack of skills and knowledge of young workers directly affects the work of young people today. for this reason, the awareness of eco-tourism, environmentally friendly, among young workers and the growing motivation to working in this area is important for social development. The fact that young workers are a guide important for young people not to know the best practices in this field to learn about the theme in the context of our project, will contribute to increase the knowledge of these good practices by applying them in their own countries and providing new notions of entrepreneurship among young people. In addition, to spread ecotourism young people should be made aware of the relationship between eco-tourism and the environment. Within the scope of the project, young people who will gain awareness about the protection of cultural diversity, ecology, social integration, and tourism through non-formal education activities will also contribute to raising awareness among young people. In this way, it will be ensured that young workers become more active and able individuals, increasing their knowledge in this field.
